How to Enjoy Free Airport Lounge Access
1) Cardholders must register and present their Visa Airport Companion (VAC) digital membership at participating lounge.
2) Lounge attendants will scan/enter the cardholders 16-digit membership number into the DragonPass lounge portal. They will check the registered name on the app against the cardholder’s boarding pass/passport.
3) In case the visit is chargeable, the Cardholder will be advised at the Lounge and communicated the access cost
4) The charge will be taken from the Cardholder’s registered Visa card.
